Does anyone know how the water feed from the bow tank gets to the galley sink. Mine is missing.
Thanks, Tim

On my 1968 boat, It runs from the tank under the sole to a manifold about midpoint in the main cabin. The manifold controld which tank feeds water to the galley. The plumbing is all copper with short section of hose to attach to the fiberglass tanks.

Thanks,
Mine is a 1968 as well, hull #9. Does your boat have the port and starboard tanks or just the one in the bow?

I've got the port and starboard tanks as well as the forward tank. The bow tank is almost always empty unless I'm going on a long passage. Doesn't seem to make much of a difference in trim and sailing qualities when it's full. Of course, the only time I've sailed with the tank full was the downhill slide to Hawaii so wasn't beating into any seas.

my 68 has a manifold under the floor boards in the center of the boat with valves to get water from any tank you want
