Hi Gang,
I am the new owner of hull #36, she is known to you as MAGNOLIA III, but her new name is MORGANCE. This is a Celtic girl's name meaning Sea Dweller. I live aboard her with my two cats, Blackbird, and Stump. I found her in Oak Harbor, Washington and moved her to Rocky Pointe, Oregon. I have to thank Grant and the rest of her previous owners for taking such good care of her, the worst thing my surveyor was able to find was a cracked lazerett hatch. She is my delight and will take good care of her so she will take good care of me. Before putting her back in the water after her trailer ride form Tacoma to Portland, she went into the yards for bottom paint, new cutlass bearing, zincs and a rebuild of her mast, new lights, VHF antenna and wiring.
