Where do you find Hull numbers for a 1981 P35. I don't see anything on the transom where I would have expected them. The registration only shows the documention number Thanks in Advance

Vagabond's hull number is on a plate about the size of a belt buckle. It is located on what I know as the bridgedeck as you step into the cabin. Vagabond's hull plate has never been replated and it clearly shows Hull #167. We did have our Wanderer 30's hull plate replated back in 1985 and it was also in the same location on the bridgedeck.

My 1981 P-35 Hull #495 also has the hull number engraved in a small (2" x 4") plaque screwed into the face of the bridgedeck.. But more officially, it is molded into the hull in the upper right hand corner of the transom. It is part of that long strinn of numbers which indicates the builder, hull number, year and month of manufacture. My guess is you hull is around 400 +/-. Most boats have this number in the transom.
