I'm in the beginning stages of painting my P35. With regard to the deck, I'm replacing the 4 small portlights both port and starboard. I'm going with stainless steel. My problem is the 4 large deadlights in the main/galley area. I would like to replace them as well but I don't know who might make these. Does anyone know where replacements for these deadlights can be found?

At trhe Annapolis boat show there were several companis that represented that they can bend window frames. I doubt you will find any stock replacement frames. Sorry I can't be more help - I think one company that I was considering (but never moved forward with ) was Canadian company named something like Balmer? ?).

When removing the fixed port light in the main salon be carefull not to force the glass out or it may break. Just hope that the last person did not use 5200 caulk adheasive. If you break one or want to change to a tinted tempered glass you can have them cut by a auto glass guy or any glass company. Replacemet water tight gaskets and glazing gaskets are avaliable through Catalina. Apparantly Pearson and Catalina had the same mfg. Try www.catalinadirect.com/ . I dont know how to replace the frames. PS use the sealent they sell to set the window in the gasket to properly seal the window. Don't use an adheasive to set the widow in the cabin housing or it will break the next time if you need to remove it.
