Finally to the point I need to replace all of the running rigging and cannot locate any information on sizes or lengths. Anyone have a list or reference guide I can refer to? Most of the rigging was either missing, rotted or falling apart to the point it's unlikely measurable. Thanks!

Ball park dimensions for headsail sheets is 1 1/2 times the length of the boat or about 52' for each sheet. If you are in a high wind area and religiously only fly short overlap sails, the sheet can be a bit shorter. The mainsheet is the length of the fully swung out end of the boom or sheeting point the mainsheet contol point on the boat, times the number of purchases in the mainsheet tackle. The mast is just under 40' tall so you can use that dimension for figuring out topping lifts, etc. I use a Brummel Splice on all my sheets so each sail has its own sheet about a 100' long with the Brummel splice in the middle. The Brummel splice doesn't hang up on the rigging like a bowline does and makes tacking way faster and easier.
As far as diameter, 3/8" dacron will be strong enough for all sheets. If you have a lightweight spinnaker or drifter, 5/16" will work to keep the sail drawing in the lightest conditions. For many people, including me, 5/16" and 3/8" are just too small a diameter for hand comfort. I went with 7/16" StaSet which has worked well. Tried 1/2" but it was too bulky and not significantly more comfortable then 7/16" and cost significantly more.
