HI everyone. I've been reading over all of this forum for the last couple weeks since I bought my Pearson 35 and love the information I've learned. Thank you all.
One of my main tasks is replacing the chainplates that were unfortunately not bed real well and allowed some moisture to accumulate of course. I've decided to mount them outboard directly on the hull. I've had rediculously oversized chainplates made out of 316 but since a head injury years ago I just can not "compute" angles and such.
If there are any current P35 owners who might be able to calculate the bend that I need at the top of the chainplates according to the standing rigging angle off of the perspective mast heights I would so appreciate it.
Thank anyone for any help they can give me. Joe.
