Hi,
I'm trying to replace all ropes including mainsheet, but I do not have real lengths of all ropes. I cannot find it. I have Miranda (#460) of second year as new owner and it seems to me some ropes short. If you know this please I will be appreciated.
Thank you very much
Anton

This greatly depends on the way the boat is rigged. Many of these have been modified over the years. A good start is that your Halyards should be at least 65 feet. I went with 50' for my back up/spin halyard and it's a touch short, but works for what I need it for. My Genny Sheets are about 50 feet, but some like a bit more or less. I installed adjustable cars from Garhauer rather than barber haulers.

Calling those "ropes" make my ears bleed. There is only 3 ropes on a boat. Boltrope, Bucket Rope, and Bell Rope.
