has anybody seen a p35 with dual settees and no sea birth? probably did not come from factory this way .. would require owner modification i think.

I have been thinking about converting my 1981 P-35 to dual settees and eliminating the seaberth. I have studied it a little and think it would be very easy to do. I would probably leave a shelf about 12- 16 inches deep where the seaberth is to store duffle bags. I think the seaberth is a waste, but my wife doesn' want me to "screw up the original layout."
If you decise to proceed, let us know how it goes.

I bought Caper with sea birth converted to shalves, I did not like it and built original lay out. It just did not look right. Peter
